Not signaling

There are too many people who don't signal, pull out without warning, don't signal off of roundabouts or tell you what direction you are heading.
It causes confusion and delay and in some cases can jeopardise a learners test.
To overcome this hurdal you need to observe other drivers behaviour and avoid risk and confrontation. How are the other cars positioned, what speed are they traveling, what is the likelyhood of them carying on or turning.
Judgement is important and how you anticipate can determin the balance between hesitation and risk.
