How can Thoughtfield Therapy benefit you in overcoming the nerves associated with your Driving Test? Thoughtfield Therapy focuses on the body's pressure points — to restore the balance of your body’s energy. It’s believed that restoring this energy balance can relieve symptoms of anxiety - for example - in preparation for your driving test. From my own experience in using this technique I can safely say it worked for me. I was in a job that I didn't enjoy and the pressure and targets that were put on me tugged on my anxiety strings.
